Optimisation and promotion of a watch repair shop on Google maps (Kyiv)

Introductory data: Correa watch repair shops network in Ukraine, opened a new office in Kyiv, but moved to another address a month later, which caused problems with address verification.

Completed work:

1. We have successfully solved the problem with confirming the new address.
2. We optimised the profile in Google Business Profile, focusing on attracting attention to the new location.
3. We created professional 360° photos and videos of the new location to visually highlight the benefits of the move.
4. For 3 months, we actively promoted the outlet, which allowed us to get the first significant results.
5. The profile was fully adapted to popular high-frequency keywords, which resulted in 58% of conversions from Google search to a point on the map.
   
   P.S. Particular attention was paid to the fact that starting from 2021, a block of companies will be listed in Google Maps for local services is displayed above, than organic SEO results.

Results after optimisation:
The relocation and profile optimisation significantly increased the workshop's visibility in Google search results, helping to increase the number of customers and improve the brand's online reputation.
