Conclusions
Complex promotion Google Business Profile and its SEO optimization in conjunction with Search resulted in a noticeable increase in engagement and conversion. In two months of active work, the flower shop received a steady stream of customers and increased the number of offline visits. Optimization of the profile by 100% and further work with the content will further strengthen the position in local search.
