A Georgian restaurant located in Kyiv. The restaurant specializes in traditional Georgian dishes such as khinkali, khachapuri and shish kebabs and targets locals and tourists who appreciate Caucasian cuisine.
Objective:
Increase the visibility of the restaurant on Google Maps and in search results, as well as attract more customers through local promotion.
Task:
- Increase the number of visits to your restaurant's profile on Google Maps.
- Promote the restaurant for key queries related to Georgian cuisine.

Optimization of Google Business Profile (GBP):
- Added fresh photos of the restaurant's dishes and interior to improve the visual perception of the profile.
- Key queries such as “khinkali”, “restaurants in Kyiv”, “Georgian restaurant”, “Georgian cuisine” were integrated into the description and titles, which helped to increase organic search.

Launching promotions and events:
- On Google Maps, we regularly updated promotions, such as discounts on popular Georgian dishes on certain days of the week, which attracted new customers.
- The restaurant also started holding themed events (tastings of Georgian wines), which were actively promoted through the profile.

- The restaurant actively responded to guest reviews, which helped maintain a high rating of 4.8 stars.
- Conducting customer surveys on their preferences also helped to improve the quality of service.

- We analyzed other Georgian restaurants in Kyiv to improve our unique offerings. For example, special offers for family visits and business lunches with a Georgian accent were introduced.
Results:
